Tables reserved after 5pm will have a 2-hour dining window and may be rebooked afterwards. For extended dining times, please contact us directly. If you’re running late, we appreciate you letting us know. While we can’t guarantee extended reservation times, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Given our intimate dining format, we require 48 hours’ notice for any guest number reductions or cancellations.
For those guests looking for the full Dorsia Tasting Menu Experience in the dining room, although it is not comulsory, it is strongly recommended that you book this experience in advance. As a small venue, we pride ourselves on providing the best quality ingredients and service, so as much information we can gather before your arrival , will allow us to provide you and your guests with an optimized experience.
For the Dining Room Bookings, changes or cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of $75 per person/reduced seat, charged to the credit card provided, if the booking cannot be refilled, we will try our best to fill the booking in this case.
For Chef’s Table or Tasting Menu Bookings, changes or cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of $165 per person/reduced seat, charged to the credit card provided, if the booking cannot be refilled, we will try our best to fill the booking in this case.
Please inform us of any special occasions at the time of booking. While we can’t accept external cakes for food safety reasons, we’re happy to arrange a small cake with candle to mark your celebration.
